More and more people are coming to terms with the fact that they’re probably not going to be able to save enough money to just sit around during retirement. There is an obvious need to find alternative ways to either save more or generate a supplemental income.
So, why do people join these companies? There are many reasons. Firstly, an increase in the number of mums who don’t want to leave the children but still need to work. There are people stuck in jobs with no future. There’s an increase in the number of redundancies and a lack of job security too.
