Zeek Rewards Receiver Sues 22 Australian Leaders

9:10 PM Posted by Unknown , No comments

Zeek Receiver Kenneth Bell has filed on 29 December a Federal lawsuit entitled “Bell v. Bjerring et al”.  Gert Bjerring is the largest fish in the pool with $826,000+ in Zeek Rewards commissions.

How an USA court has jurisdiction over Australian citizens has to be proven, however Australian Zeek Rewards net winners are most likely not pleased, the USA is going after them…

According to the lawsuit:

"Because Zeek’s net winners “won” (the victims’) money in an unlawful combined Ponzi and pyramid scheme, the net winners are not permitted to keep their winnings and must return the fraudulently transferred winnings back to the Receiver for distribution to Zeek’s victims".

Ten Questions with Sloane Stephens

10:37 PM Posted by Unknown , No comments

At 21, Sloane Stephens is currently ranked No. 36 in the world and has defeated some of tennis’ biggest names, including WTA Top 5 seeds, Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova, to become one of the most recognizable American faces in her sport.

And she doesn’t plan on slowing down.

Amid her busy schedule of hitting the gym and perfecting her game for the 2015 season, I was recently able to catch up with Sloane—pre-holiday chaos—to chat with her about overcoming obstacles, her goals moving forward and her favorite core moves in the gym.

9 Successful People Explain What That Actually Means

Everyone wants to be successful, but too often we forget to think about what that actually means. So we turn to money as the definition of success, but what happens after you achieve financial success? These nine millionaires tell us what success means to them.

1. Uniting people to achieve a vision

"I feel successful when I have passionate people around me coming together to achieve a common goal. So the definition of success to me is having the opportunity to work every day with people who see the vision of what we're creating and can get behind it." -- Brian Scudamore, 1-800-GOT-JUNK?

2. Helping others succeed

"Early on, I realized my success would be defined by my role in helping others succeed. When Jay Van Andel and I started Amway more than 50 years ago, we had already tried several businesses together. The difference with Amway is that we wanted to give others the opportunity to be in business for themselves, too. Jay and I realized that our success would depend on how effectively we encouraged others to grow their own Amway businesses." -- Richard M. DeVos, Co-Founder of Amway and Senior Chairman of the Orlando Magic

American Horror Story: Freak Show Recap: Episode 10 "Orphans”

I finally got what I wanted from American Horror Story: Freak Show, it just didn’t come at the right time.  Ever since episode 6, “Bullseye,” it’s been clear that the Freak Shows supporting cast deserves more than a scene here or there, and now Naomi Grossman further proves it.  Pepper’s always been a fine, likable member of the troupe, but “Orphans” takes the character well beyond just being the resident pinhead.  It’s easily one of the most moving episodes of the season, but it’s hard not to wonder, why now?  Perhaps it’s my own fault for having specific expectations for the final episode before the holiday break, but at the end of “Orphans,” I had more interest in revisiting American Horror Story: Asylum than seeing what’s to come on January 7th.

Let’s begin by assessing the episode as its own entity.  “Orphans” is a tragically beautiful character piece.  We barely got to know Salty (Christopher Neiman), or get a clear sense of his relationship with Pepper for that matter, but the episode manages to turn that around in mere minutes thanks to Grossman’s wholehearted performance and a particularly effective flashback.  Coming to learn that Pepper was Elsa’s very first monster is a game changer for both characters.  It makes me wish we got to see that connection a little earlier on in Freak Show, but that in no way changes the strength of the episode.
